We would like all Thurrock residents to have the opportunity to improve and shape the adult social care services they receive.

As either a person receiving home care or an unpaid carer (family or friend) of someone receiving home care, we are conducting a brief survey to identify what you think about the care and support that you or your family/friend receive. Your participation would be much appreciated.

  • Home Care Survey

    The Home Care Survey is for current home care clients or their unpaid (family/friend) carers only.  The purpose of this survey is to enable people who use home care to improve and shape the service they receive. 

    This survey is restricted to people who use (or their unpaid carer) council commissioned home care services.   As such, to complete this survey, you must provide your Unique Reference Number which was detailed in the letter that was sent to you.
