Housing Repairs Service Survey

Thurrock Council’s repairs and maintenance service is in the process of being reviewed as the contract with our current partnering repairs contractor Mears comes to end in February 2025. The purpose of this short survey is to gather information from our residents that will assist in shaping the development of the responsive repairs service in the future.

The questions below have been specifically designed to enable our residents to highlight ways that our responsive repairs service can improve and allows space to provide additional comment on what matters to you.
