This survey will reopen on 7 May 2021

This survey is for:

  • all parents or carers of children from birth to age 14
  • all parents or carers of children/young people with Special Educational Needs or Disabilitie from birth to age 25

Information from the survey will help us ensure families are able to find childcare that meets their child's learning and development needs. It will also allow parents to make choices about work and training.

The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
