This review is part of our social and affordable rent-setting for the 12 months from April 2022.

When setting rent levels, we want to make sure we can keep maintaining and improving the homes we own while introducing other housing service improvements to benefit our tenants.

By taking part online you can check what any rent increase may mean for tenants and the Housing service overall. As a tenant, you can also tell us what you think our housing service priorities should be for the year from April 2022.

Lastly, you'll be able to submit comments or questions and get a response directly from our Housing team.
