We are seeking the views of parents and carers who care for children aged 0-25 years old diagnosed with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who:

  • Access Educational Day or Residential Placements in or outside of Thurrock; and/or
  • Access Short Break Respite Care in or outside of Thurrock

The information you provide will contribute to the development of SEND Day and Residential Educational Placements services and Short Break Respite Care services.

Information will also help us better understand needs therefore we would appreciate your time in answering the following questions to assist us in the development of services.
