Consultation has concluded
Share your views on recycling and waste collection in Thurrock.
Thurrock Council needs to increase the amount of waste that is recycled by our residents. In order to do so, we would like your opinion on how much you recycle, what stops you from recycling and how we can best share information with you.
Please take part in our short survey at the bottom of this page, this survey is anonymous.
What’s your experience of household recycling and food waste disposal? Thurrock residents are invited to take part in an online workshop to share their views on how waste is managed at home and to help improve local services.
The workshops will explore the challenges people face around recycling and food waste, and gather ideas on how things could be improved. Sessions will run from 6-8pm on Tuesday, 15 and Wednesday, 23 July.
Residents selected to take part will receive a £20 shopping voucher as a thank-you.
Please note: Spaces are limited, and we’re aiming to ensure the workshops reflect the diversity of Thurrock’s communities – so not everyone who expresses an interest may be invited to take part.
