Will I still be able to access my rear garden through the new site?

    Yes, if the proposed new homes are built, garden access would remain based upon agreed permissions from Thurrock Council. During construction access may be restricted.

    How many car parking spaces will be available?

    There will be 16 car parking spaces provided. Throughout the design process we will also try to include as many visitor spaces as possible, while still ensuring that all required accesses are maintained. 

    Will we be inconvenienced whilst the works are being carried out?

    We will ensure any inconvenience during construction is kept to a minimum. The contractor we employ will be a member of the Considerate Contractor Scheme - https://www.ccscheme.org.uk/. Below are items we are aware may cause potential disruption, however these will be managed and mitigated by Thurrock Council:

    • Some noise, dust & vibration
    • Brief heavy plant movement
    • Additional vehicles being parked

    When could construction start?

    This project is still at an early stage and a planning application hasn't yet been submitted. Following a successful consultation and planning application process, we anticipate works could start as early as Spring 2022.

    How long will the works take?

    Construction will last approximately 12-15 months.
