We want to make sure our Housing services are easy to access, convenient to use and responsive to the needs of all tenants. This survey will help us understand how residents currently access our services, identify any difficulties they may face, and find ways to improve access for everyone.

The results will help us develop a way to measure our progress and support ongoing improvements to our services.

This survey is for people who rent their home from Thurrock Council. It should take around 10 minutes to complete.
