The Licensing Act 2003 provides the legal framework for licensing the sale and supply of alcohol; provision of regulated entertainment and provision of late night refreshment. As the Licensing Authority we are required to produce a Policy relating to these matters.
We are required to review and consult on the Policy every 3 years to allow for updates to the legislation and the local area. It provides the basis for all decisions made under the Licensing Act for the policy's duration.
