Petition - Hobby Clubs for Youths (18-24 years)

Petition to:

This petition is to increase hobby clubs for youths between 18-24 years in Chadwell, Tilbury, East Tilbury and Orsett areas. For various clubs to cover cooking, dance, music etc, and to include programs such as archery and clay shooting. Reason: to improve the way of life for youths, to help lower mental health issues and reduce anti-social crime.
