SEND Survey for parents and carers

We know that we are not always getting it right for every child or young person right now, but we are committed to improving services for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). 

We will be submitting an application for a grant to improve the SEND system in December. 

We want to put children and young people at the heart of this plan, and your views as a parent or carer are really important to make sure we're focusing on the right areas.

Please complete the below survey to help us understand your views and experiences about your child or young person's current educational setting.

If you have more than one child with a special educational need, please complete the form for each of your children individually. This is aimed mainly at parents and carers of young people currently under 25.

This survey closes on 13 October 2023 , and should only take 10-11 minutes to complete.
