Have Your Say on Our Housing Service Standards
We’re looking at introducing Housing Service Standards and we’d like to hear your views.
Before we develop these standards, we want to understand what matters most to you. Your feedback will help shape the standards we set and the way we deliver housing services in the future.
What Are Housing Service Standards?
Housing Service Standards are our commitment to you as your landlord. They set out the level of service you can expect from us and how we will deliver our housing services.
They explain:
The services we provide.
How quickly we aim to respond and take action.
How and when we will keep you informed.
The standards of behaviour, respect and professionalism you can expect from our staff.
Why are they important?
Housing Service Standards help us to ensure our services are fair, reliable and consistent for all tenants and leaseholders. They make it clear what we will deliver and what you can expect from us.
They help by:
Clearly setting out our responsibilities and commitments.
Providing clear expectations for communication and response times.
Ensuring services are delivered consistently and professionally.
Holding us accountable for the services we provide.
Giving tenants and leaseholders a stronger voice in service improvements.
Helping us identify where we can do better.
Most importantly, Housing Service Standards help ensure our services reflect the needs and expectations of our tenants and leaseholders.

Your feedback will help us decide whether to introduce Housing Service Standards and what they should include.
If most tenants and leaseholders support the idea, we will:
Work with tenants and leaseholders to develop the standards.
Make sure the standards are clear, realistic and easy to understand.
Keep you updated on our progress.
Show how your feedback has influenced the final standards.
Publish the agreed standards and report on how well we are performing against them.
If there is limited support for introducing Service Standards, we will review the feedback and consider other ways to improve our housing services.
